We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team. This position will report directly to Jay Reinert and work with all team members in the office. We are a friendly, team-oriented firm, providing the opportunity for both personal and professional growth.
An ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience working in a residential architectural office. You will be responsible for contributing to all aspects of our residential projects, from initial planning and zoning research to final completion and client handover. Responsibilities will include development of schematic design ideas, presentation materials, comprehensive project plans and construction documents, and adhering to construction codes. You will also be responsible for product research and detail development, communications with clients, contractors, consultants, and team members in all phases of projects, accurate documentation of project information and hours, and ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables. This is a full-time position with the possibility of hybrid work for the right candidate.
Qualifications:
4 -5 years of experience in residential architecture.
Degree in Architecture and at a minimum pursuing architectural licensure, architectural license preferred.
Exhibit experience, expertise, and a passion for residential architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
A willingness to work within agreed upon studio standards.
Detail-oriented, a self-starter, and a strong finisher.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
