A Facelift, a Makeover or a Refresh?
/Call it what you will, I love it when we get asked to update a home, especially when it’s a mid-century gem in Newton Lake Park in Haddon Township, NJ. This house was amazing in its day, but that day was decades ago, and the home was in need of a refresh for many reasons. Overlooking the water is a great reason to have a wall of glass, but that glass had better be energy efficient, and any windows and doors must be fully operable.
